Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the activities of print projects and develop project plans to support client’s marketing strategy
Evaluate, analyze and create solutions for current and new opportunities
Collect project specifications from Client and available resources
Communicate project specifications to internal/external stakeholders
Keep communication open to ensure projects are delivered as agreed upon
Optimize and drive controlled schedules across the company and cross-functional teams
Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables
Develop and manage project timelines and task lists
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience
3+ years of Account Management experience
3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail, and/or signage
Superior customer service skills
PMP helpful
In-depth knowledge of print services and capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Strong experience working with Microsoft products, such as excel, word and outlook.
