Responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution and successful completion
Establish project plans to control scope, schedule, timelines, budget, and other success criteria throughout the life of the project
Track team allocation and availability across project deliverables and timelines
Partner with account executives to ensure client’s expectations and goals are achieved
Lead client kickoff meetings and other key client meetings
Deliver ongoing project communication, internal check-ins, and client communication as needed
Monitor and regularly report project progress and manage roadblocks and risks
Motivate team members to complete tasks on time and within budget
Develop positive working relationships with cross-functional partners

Requirements

3+ years project management experience
Proficient management and leadership skills and competencies
Highly proficient verbal and written communication capabilities as well as executive presentation abilities
Strong user of project management tools (e.g., Workfront, MS Project, Monday.com)
Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP from PMI)
Creative Agency experience in a client-facing role
Experience in, or understanding of, the creative design and printing fields
