About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive client engagement and growth within the Partner Success Department
  • Manage the growth, health, and success of client partnerships in a dedicated geographic region
  • Lead cross-company Strategic Account Plans outlining objectives, actions, and expected results
  • Build and maintain partner relationships as the ongoing client point of contact
  • Track contractual requirements and ensure timely, accurate deliverables and reporting
  • Collaborate with market teams to lead Joint Operating Committee meetings
  • Identify new growth opportunities with Business Development
  • Partner with the VP of Partner Success to build an oversight model for managing multiple plans at scale
  • Develop and deliver tools and processes for scalable ongoing client delivery
  • Supervise manager- and associate-level team members as the team grows
  • Drive resolution of client escalations and coordinate internal resources
  • Champion client needs and represent client interests in critical issue resolution
  • Collaborate across the organization to meet deliverables and milestones
  • Communicate strategic initiative progress internally and externally
  • Provide customer insight to product and solution development as the “voice of the customer”

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating care and support for children with complex medical conditions
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience with client-facing teams and responsibility for driving business results
  • Commercial mindset
  • Ability and flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of leading and scaling teams and supporting team growth
  • Ability to make clear, strategic decisions quickly while managing multiple priorities
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, especially value-based care and Medicaid health plans
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing/client success role, preferably with health plan clients
  • Willingness to travel 20–30%
