About the role
- Lead and manage local operations for corporate and clinical staff
- Partner with the Market Medical Director to align clinical operations with business performance goals
- Develop, track, and report on market-level KPIs and ensure data-driven decision-making
- Drive patient access, scheduling optimization, and care team efficiency in collaboration with clinical leaders
- Anticipate and address operational risks, building scalable processes to support rapid growth
- Act as the primary liaison between local market operations and national shared services (finance, HR, talent, data & analytics, tech, compliance, etc.)
- Lead workforce planning and resource allocation within the market to support growth, retention, and high-quality patient care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, payer partners, and other external groups as needed
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment with Imagine Pediatrics’ mission and values
- Primary location in Tampa, Florida; travel estimated up to 25%; expected schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm local time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
- 7-10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership, with at least 3 years at a director level or equivalent
- Proven experience leading operations in value-based care, Medicaid, or safety-net populations
- Strong financial and P&L management experience, with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, staffing models, and operational performance at scale
- Prior experience building, scaling, or turning around multi-site or multi-market healthcare operations highly desirable
- Experience influencing and collaborating with physician and clinical leaders to achieve joint outcomes
