About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support homeschooling families by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing tailored guidance.
  • Ensure a seamless experience by navigating CRM systems and delivering clear, compassionate communication.
  • Help families make informed decisions that align with their educational goals.
  • Respond positively to customer calls, emails, and other direct contacts in a timely manner.
  • Communicate clearly, both in writing and speech, to internal and external customers.
  • Resolve all concerns in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
  • Listen carefully to each customer’s needs and recommend tailored homeschooling solutions.
  • Use multiple CRM's at once to assist the customer.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage time effectively.
  • Dedication to deliver exceptional service by handling customer issues with care and expertise.
  • Organization and efficiency, ability to manage various tasks with precision and commitment.
  • Ability to work during the mandatory peak period of August 1 – September 30, with no planned PTO during this timeframe.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while taking ownership of tasks.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
