HR Coordinator – US, PH HR Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support onboarding processes for U.S. and Philippines employees, including E-Verify processing (U.S.), background checks, and scheduling orientation
- Provide recruitment coordination support for U.S. and PH hiring efforts (interview scheduling, candidate communication, etc.)
- Ensure complete submission of new hires of the Pre Employment Requirements have been completed based on timeline
- Perform HR administrative tasks for the Philippine team
- Distribute new hire and exit interview surveys and track responses
- Upload and manage employee documents in BambooHR, ensuring profiles are complete and up to date
- Assist with travel planning and booking for employees as needed
- Coordinate 401(k) notifications and communications (U.S.)
- Support Open Enrollment activities for both U.S. and Philippines employees
- Ensure that all offboarding documents and process have been complied with
- Assist with additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative experience
- Experience supporting onboarding and recruitment coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., BambooHR or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
