Talent Acquisition Specialist
Imagenet LLCTalent Acquisition Specialist supporting end-to-end recruitment for Philippine and U.S. roles in a hybrid work setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end recruitment for PH and U.S. roles across various levels, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
- Manage multiple hiring requirements while ensuring timelines and hiring targets are met.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, interview scheduling, endorsements, and offer coordination.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Monitor recruitment progress and support reporting of recruitment metrics and hiring updates.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and documentation requirements.
- Assist in improving recruitment processes and support employer branding initiatives when needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
- Experience supporting hiring for Philippine and/or U.S. markets is an advantage.
- Familiarity with volume hiring and managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and applicant management.
- Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment trackers, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment while managing changing priorities.
