• Own the Platform Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap for our radiologist-facing diagnostic interpretations platform. This includes the tools that the radiologist uses when creating radiology reports (Image Viewing, Worklist Management, Report Dictation).
• Translate Needs into Requirements: Work closely with internal engineering teams, radiologists, support staff, and integration partners to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Prioritize for Impact: Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, bug fixes, and technical debt to ensure we're building a scalable, reliable, and secure platform.
• Drive Execution: Collaborate daily with engineering, support, and integrations teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality platform enhancements on time.
• Define and Analyze Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform stability, performance, and scalability. Use data to make informed product decisions and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Be the Technical Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert for interpretations platform and the radiologist’s workflow within it.
