About the role

  • Manage projects of low, medium, and high complexity, maintaining a portfolio of concurrent projects and being integrally responsible for communication, scope, schedule, cost, quality, personnel, suppliers, stakeholders, and risks to ensure project success.
  • Be accountable for planning, structuring, and enabling the conditions for project execution, aligned with the objectives and guidelines defined by the client and the company; apply project management methodology and agile methodology tools; provide and use predefined processes, techniques and artifacts (documents), aiming to meet expected cost, quality, productivity and margin targets.
  • Perform matrix coordination of the allocated technical team appropriately and coherently, analyzing the company’s and client’s context and managing contracts.
  • Act as company representative for contract management.
  • Understand Imagem’s and the client’s business and propose solutions/projects.
  • Ability to lead meetings and interact with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate specializations preferred.
  • Data analysis and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and/or postgraduate/MBA in Project Management and/or proven experience in Project Management.
  • Experience managing projects focused on software development.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Knowledge of GIS and the ArcGIS platform.
  • Advanced academic qualifications (PhD/Post-doctorate) and relevant certifications, if applicable.
  • Technical English for reading and writing.
