About the role
- Manage low-, medium- and high-complexity projects, maintaining a portfolio of approximately 10 concurrent projects and being jointly responsible for communication, scope, schedule, cost, quality, personnel, suppliers, stakeholders and risks, aiming for project success;
- Be accountable for planning, structuring and enabling the conditions for project execution, aligned with objectives and guidelines defined by the client and the company, applying project management methodology and agile methodology tools, providing and using predefined processes, techniques and artifacts (documents), and seeking to meet expected cost, quality, productivity and margin results;
- Perform matrix coordination of the allocated technical team in an appropriate and coherent manner, analyzing the company’s and client’s context and controlling contracts.
- Manage contracts as the company’s designated representative (preposto).
- Maintain a business perspective for Imagem and the client, proposing solutions and projects;
- Demonstrate skill in leading meetings and servicing clients.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; specializations (postgraduate studies).
- Technical skills: Knowledge of GIS and the ArcGIS platform;
- Data analysis and interpretation skills;
- Agile methodologies in general and/or postgraduate/MBA in Project Management and/or proven experience in Project Management.
- Desired qualifications: Master’s degree;
- Certifications/Academic qualifications: Doctorate/Post-doctoral experience (if applicable);
- English: Advanced/Fluent;
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by Imagem;
- Knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting;
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
