About the role

  • Interpret business documentation and information, understanding mapped business processes and contributing to the definition of the solution architecture and implementation to meet existing business needs.
  • Create user and administration documentation for developed systems, ensuring records of processes and practices used.
  • Conduct discovery processes.
  • Elicit application requirements.
  • Guide analysis, modeling, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Disseminate understanding of the business processes required for solution implementation, assimilating and guiding the use of domain-specific concepts and vocabulary of the business areas involved in the project.
  • Ability to perform critical analysis of system and business specifications.
  • Ability to assess delivery quality through testing.
  • Ability to develop Test Plans and high-complexity Test Cases/Procedures.
  • Evaluate and select ESRI platform options that best meet a given solution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Exact Sciences, Earth Sciences, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS.
  • Knowledge of GIS.
  • Knowledge of IT/infrastructure.
  • Ability to critically analyze system and business specifications.
  • Ability to assess delivery quality through testing.
  • Understanding of Remote Sensing concepts.
  • Knowledge of Natural Resources (preferably mining and/or environmental areas).
  • Ability to develop Test Plans and Test Cases/Procedures.
  • Knowledge of DevOps.
  • Certifications (desired).
  • Specializations/Master's degree (desired).
  • Advanced English.
