About the role
- Analyze, plan and execute activities in the Customer Success area of the Customer Experience Directorate, focusing on client satisfaction and success.
- Help customers achieve the goals they intended when purchasing our platform.
- Manage onboarding processes.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Participate in decision-making and project meetings.
- Propose the best solutions to customers, whether changes or maintenance.
- Perform frequent follow-ups on the progress of customer projects.
- Evaluate customer performance indicators and results.
- Gather feedback on the product or service.
- Prepare and present reports so the customer understands their current status and future direction.
- Strategically provide customers with information about the platform.
- Manage expectation conflicts, resolve issues and engage the relevant teams, including Imagem Quality for continuous improvement of our processes.
- Ensure full utilization of the platform in accordance with the customer’s objectives.
- Act as a bridge between customer feedback and operations/commercial/marketing/suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience serving internal and external customers.
- Basic knowledge of Customer Experience and Customer Success methodologies.
- Knowledge of GIS.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Project experience.
- Knowledge of databases.
- Strong knowledge of ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise and apps such as Survey, Dashboards, etc.).
- Previous experience in natural resources companies (environmental, mining, oil & gas).
- Certifications (desirable).
- Intermediate/Advanced English (desirable).
- Power BI (desirable).
- Knowledge and understanding of Imagem's products and services (desirable).
