About the role
- Manage and be accountable for service delivery, strengthening engagement with target industry clients.
- Participate in the development of clients' business strategies and the Directorate's strategy.
- Ensure alignment with the Directorate/Company strategy.
- Monitor and provide visibility into the progress of deliverables under your management.
- Promote synergy between the Solutions area and other Directorates/Departments.
- Advise business areas on best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes.
- Manage client service to ensure business success.
- Develop and execute a plan to increase adoption and intensity of use of acquired technologies.
- Ensure that requests necessary for the client's business strategy have the resources and actions allocated according to expectations.
- Provide specialized support for EA/EAP contracts.
- Monitor and provide visibility into the progress of deliverables under your management.
- Manage billing and costs.
- Manage area activities, establishing schedules and performance indicators.
- Negotiate deadlines for the provision of information by management teams.
- Perform People Management: monitor, evaluate and develop the team.
- Promote the development of new projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree / Specializations.
- Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and IT (Information Technology) in the context of corporate strategy.
- Knowledge of Strategic Planning.
- Knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting.
- People Management and Team Performance Management.
- Experience with ArcGIS.
- Fluent/Advanced English.
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Master's degree (preferred).
- PhD/Post-doctoral qualifications (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Imagem's products and services (preferred).
