About the role
- Analyze, plan, and execute Customer Success activities within the Customer Experience Directorate, focusing on client satisfaction and success.
- Help clients achieve the goals they envisioned when purchasing our platform;
- Manage the onboarding process;
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Participate in decision-making and project meetings;
- Propose the best solutions to clients, whether changes or maintenance;
- Conduct regular follow-ups on clients' project progress;
- Evaluate client performance indicators and outcomes;
- Gather feedback on the product or service;
- Prepare and present reports to keep clients informed of their current status and next steps;
- Strategically nurture clients with information about the platform;
- Manage expectation gaps, resolve issues, and engage relevant teams — including the Imagem Quality team — to drive continuous process improvements;
- Ensure full utilization of the platform in line with the client's objectives;
- Act as a bridge between client feedback and operations/sales/marketing/suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience supporting internal and external clients;
- Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems);
- Data analysis and interpretation;
- Experience in project work;
- Knowledge of databases;
- Relevant certifications;
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
- Experience with Power BI;
- Knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by Imagem.
