About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate all activities related to the negotiation and review of customer contracts.
  • Ensure customer orders comply with signed contractual documents.
  • Inform impacted departments of contractual clauses or specific terms negotiated with customers.
  • Review insurance documents, identify contractual risks, and propose necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure centralized, structured, and up-to-date administration of customer contracts and insurance policies.
  • Identify risks associated with approved contracts and collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Train internal teams on key legal aspects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in law or legal qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial law.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a sales back-office function with a strong legal focus within an industrial company.
  • Proficiency with standard MS Office tools.
  • Experience with an ERP, ideally SAP.
  • Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of French.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable handling contractual discussions with international stakeholders.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of priorities when managing complex cases.
