About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement a scalable, structured distribution program for North America
- Own and develop a sell-through model that drives measurable, distributor-led revenue
- Manage key distributor relationships and ensure revenue accountability
- Enable sell-through by: Delivering distributor and partner training leading joint sales calls and field engagement conducting counter days, ride-alongs, and site visits
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using BANT principles
- Track and analyze KPIs such as: Revenue performance Partner activity Training completion and enablement
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to support channel success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management
- Background in door hardware, access control, or the security industry
- Proven success in building revenue models driven by distribution and sell-through
- Experience working with national distributors
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and analytical skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed across North America.
