• Support digital asset production focusing on applying the Illustrative Mathematics brand system
• Produce graphics using existing templates
• Transfer and format copy from Google Docs into approved Salesforce email templates
• Clean up and standardize Google Slides and Google Docs

Production Graphic Designer – Contractor

Video Editor

• Develop and implement social media video aligned to IM’s priorities
• Produce short-form multimedia content (chiefly vertical video) to engage target audiences and elevate educator and student voices
• Leverage video content to support building online community engagement with educators who use IM® Math and those who do not yet use IM
• Closely coordinate with Marketing, Communications, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and integration
• Request input from SMEs and curriculum writers to ensure accuracy when needed
• Track and report on social media analytics and optimize based on findings
• Attend weekly meetings to stay informed about the organization's social media strategy and how it relates to video content creation.
