About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day measurement support for Paid Media and Email Labs, partnering with brand leads to design tests and validate methodologies
Support LiftLab Media Mix Modeling (MMM) by ensuring data integrity and providing reporting to optimize over $100MM in annual media spend
Analyze customer, channel, and overall marketing mix programs to evaluate impacts on customer file health and other key performance indicators
Act as a central point of contact for Paid Media, CRM, and Transformation Lab teams to translate data results into clear business implications
Deliver rigorous measurement and reporting that directly informs the incremental impact of marketing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of experience as a Data Analyst preferably in marketing and retail
Strong ability to measure incremental impact and design valid testing methodologies
Proven experience in data validation and ensuring accuracy within complex modeling systems
Proficiency in translating technical data into actionable insights for diverse internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor within a multi-faceted team environment
Bachelor Degree required with 3 years of experience, an additional 4 years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree
