About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data analytics and data science initiatives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape and refine project vision, translating mission needs into actionable technical roadmaps
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and architects to ensure technical solutions are feasible
  • Drive Agile project execution using tools such as Jira
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, risks, and status updates
  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
  • Promote and support strong data governance practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the DoW
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or comparable academic discipline
  • Project Management Professional certification is a plus
  • Must have Secret Clearance (this requires US Citizenship)
  • Acceptable candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background screen.
