About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Keep Salesforce data clean and up to date on a daily basis (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and key fields)
Review records to make sure required information is filled in correctly
Fix missing or incorrect data and help remove duplicates
Support simple day-to-day administrative tasks for the sales team
Work with teammates to make sure data is entered consistently
Help improve processes over time by spotting patterns or issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience
Strong attention to detail—you care about getting things right
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Interest in learning Salesforce or other CRM tools
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback
Ability to work remotely and stay self-motivated
Any exposure to Salesforce or similar tools
Experience with data entry, admin work, or operations support
