About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies using Salesforce to manage customer relationships and pipeline.
- Utilize your knowledge of Kubernetes to provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring that our cloud storage solutions are effectively communicated to potential clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs, articulate our value proposition, and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Create sales collateral, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively showcase our offerings, integrating Salesforce capabilities to streamline processes.
- Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer feedback and product enhancements.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives on Salesforce best practices and Kubernetes integration.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or sales architect role, preferably within the cloud or storage industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with a solid understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and its applications in cloud solutions.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
