About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • deliver advanced technical expertise to support our field service teams and technical support specialists across the wider EMEALA region
  • troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across sophisticated electro-mechanical instruments, software, and networked systems
  • partner closely with global teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and Global Product Support to drive timely resolution and enhance product performance
  • participate in customer installations, training, and specialist support activities for highly technical platforms
  • work on complex assignments where problem solving requires in-depth evaluation of varying factors and practices/procedures must be determined

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • background in Electronic, Embedded Systems, Computer, or Mechatronic Engineering
  • considerable experience working with advanced instrumentation or complex electro-mechanical systems
  • experience leading technical workshops, mentoring engineers, or serving as a subject matter expert would be highly advantageous
  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience in a related Engineering field is required.
