About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build relationships and act as a business partner to APAC Sales Leadership
- Collaborate with Global Commercial Ops to advocate for APAC regional needs
- Develop and improve key processes to support integrity of commercial data
- Prepare advanced analyses to help identify and communicate trends
- Partners with sales leaders and Global Comm Ops to execute administration of Territory Design (ETM) in SFDC
- Align with other regional Sales Ops to share best practices
- Coordinate and support Account and Territory planning
- Partner with Regional Funnel team to support KPIs
- Drive adoption of commercial system and enablement tools for Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and project management skills
- Understands Go-To-Market strategy principles
- Experience dealing with difficult internal and external situations
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
