Requirements
- Experienced leader in the Life Sciences industry with a proven track record in sales and team management
- Thrive in a structured yet innovative environment
- Understand the importance of compliance with German employment regulations
- Excel at building relationships at senior levels and influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - are essential
- Fluency in German and English is required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential; an advanced degree is highly desirable
- Substantial years of direct experience, including management responsibilities
