About the role
- Maintain and evolve our voice pipeline
- Implement new STT/TTS connectors
- Monitor, test, and deploy new solutions to improve the pipeline (semantic VAD, etc.)
- Configure, maintain, and scale our infrastructure to handle SIP routing, load balancing, and security
- Ensure high availability of the voice service
- Develop and maintain native connectors to market contact center solutions, prioritizing Genesys Cloud and Azure Communication Services (ACS).
Requirements
- Senior Developer: You are proficient in one or more programming languages and comfortable with microservices architectures.
- Ops aptitude: Deploying and maintaining infrastructure does not intimidate you; you are experienced with infrastructure-as-code practices.
- VoIP knowledge: You have prior experience working with VoIP protocols.
- Media expert: You understand the challenges of audio streaming, jitter, and real-time audio processing.
