Compliance

• Performs extensive and detailed paraprofessional work in the review of files, records and documents regarding vehicle-related transactions and driver’s license issuance and privileges.
• Analyzes and responds to complex telephone inquiries from the general public, licensed dealers, financial institutions on behalf of Motor Vehicle and Drivers facilities on the main phone lines to determine type of inquiry and level of service required.
• Performs extensive research and verification of vehicle title and/or registration information by using various computer system programs.
• Collects information from customers and forwards requests for mailing of necessary forms (title applications, placard, information request, drivers abstract, tax forms) to callers giving guidance as to the proper completion and submission.
