About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the content engine: craft and deliver a high-impact strategy that increases brand awareness, drives lead generation, and helps customers master incident management.
  • Serve as editor-in-chief of our story: manage the editorial calendar and align content with product launches, campaigns, and key initiatives.
  • Tell technical stories that resonate: produce blog posts, in-depth guides, and case studies tailored for developers, SREs, and IT leaders.
  • Collaborate with experts: work closely with engineers on technical how-tos and deep-dive content, and partner with the CEO on thought leadership.
  • Own discoverability: develop and execute SEO, GEO, and distribution strategies to maximize reach.
  • Measure with intention: track performance, analyze engagement, and refine strategy using data-driven insights.
  • Stay hyper-aware: monitor trends, competitive moves, and industry moments to keep ilert ahead of the narrative curve.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A translator of tech: proven content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or developer-focused ecosystems, able to make incident response accessible to both engineers and executives.
  • An editor with vision: you write concise, persuasive copy and can adapt concepts across formats—blogs, guides, emails.
  • Part storyteller, part analyst: strong SEO expertise, distribution know-how, and an analytical mindset that uncovers real opportunities.
  • A collaboration catalyst: experience working closely with technical and executive partners, co-creating content with agility and empathy.
  • Segment-aware: you understand that one-size-fits-all content loses to persona-specific, need-first narratives.
