About the role
- Support and maintenance of AV production automation systems
- Performance monitoring in hybrid environments (data centers, transmedia studios)
- Technical architecture design, tool/standards selection, and management of integrations
- Automation of workflows (News, Sports) to improve efficiency
- Requirements gathering, prototyping, and deployment of custom solutions
- Documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
- Technology watch on media innovations (SMPTE ST-2110, IP AV...)
Requirements
- Expertise in AV production automation systems
- Proficiency with NRCS (ENPS, Octopus, Dalet...)
- Experience in studios/control rooms: mixers, broadcast controllers
- AV infrastructure: matrices, interfaces, protocols (SMPTE ST-2110, AES67, NDI, SDN/NMOS)
- Network analysis (Wireshark, sFlow) and Windows client/server environments
- Rigour, autonomy, cross-functional communication, technical curiosity
