About the role
- Lead projects using the Hermès methodology provided by the PMO
- Continuously monitor project costs, schedules and quality; prepare reports according to guidelines and implement necessary corrective actions
- Ensure project control focused on achieving the objectives defined in the signed and approved project mandates
- Identify and monitor risks, assess the effectiveness of implemented measures
- Apply the project's quality assurance plan
- Implement risk management in compliance with the requirements of internal control, information security and the State internal audit
- Identify and track risk evolution and propose appropriate corrective actions
- Organize progressive stakeholder validations for each project phase
- Obtain validation from relevant actors, steering committees and governance bodies for decisions related to solution selection, configuration, development and deployment
- Ensure customer requirements are taken into account
- Define the human resources needed for successful project execution
- Manage multidisciplinary resources, delegate effectively and set clear objectives
- Implement communication and change support plans appropriate to stakeholders
- Oversee and ensure execution of the training plan within the overall project schedule
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or an engineering diploma (EPF) or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT project management
- Demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure-heavy projects (networking, databases, virtualization, storage, IAM, security)
- Complete command of project management disciplines covering all project phases
- Knowledge of a recognized methodological framework (Hermès, PMI, IPMA, etc.)
- A valid certification is a significant asset
- Good overall knowledge of IAM and strong information security expertise
- Ability to integrate security requirements into the overall project strategy
- People management and communication skills, including remote work
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, leadership, autonomy, initiative and anticipation skills
- Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong ability to interact with expert engineers, stakeholders and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
