About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conversion of qualified leads: you call back people who have already expressed interest in a green energy contract with ilek. Your role? Close the sale with flair.
  • Retention & loyalty: you are the last line of defense to convince our customers to stay with the ilek experience.
  • Advice & education: you are not just a salesperson; you are an energy expert (on the challenges of the energy transition, best consumption practices, etc.); that’s why we offer two weeks of training at the start.
  • Performance: you maintain a high conversion rate and manage your performance metrics with agility.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have prior successful experience in telephone sales.
  • You are comfortable with various software tools, proficient in Google Workspace and, ideally, Notion and Slack.
  • You are driven by challenges and have a commercial mindset: a customer’s “no” is a new challenge for you to take on!
  • You demonstrate resilience and are not discouraged by refusals.
  • You have strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills: you listen actively to better convince.
  • You have good stress and emotion management.
  • You are organized and detail-oriented.
  • Nice to have: a genuine interest in the energy sector and, more broadly, ecological transition topics. It’s easier to sell what you believe in!
