Develop robust, high-performance front-end interfaces (React / TypeScript)
Design seamless and efficient sales flows with a strong focus on user experience
Play a key role in developing our mobile app for field sellers (React Native) on iOS and Android
Work closely with Product and Sales teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Occasionally contribute to back-end development (Rails / NestJS) to deliver end-to-end features
Actively participate in code reviews and team practices that promote continuous improvement (mob programming, workshops, knowledge sharing)
Ensure code quality through testing, maintainability, and best practices
Monitor and optimize the technical performance of applications (monitoring, observability)

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with substantial front-end experience
Strong expertise in React and TypeScript (experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native is a plus)
Interest in commercial development topics: acquisition, sales funnels, and sales team efficiency
Strong quality mindset: testing, readability, simplicity, and best practices
Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions adapted to the context
Curiosity, critical thinking, and a continuous learning mindset
Autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities
Teaching skills and a willingness to share knowledge
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort collaborating in remote and asynchronous team environments
