About the role

  • Sell energy contracts to prospects using qualified leads (primarily outbound calls)
  • Retain customers who are considering leaving
  • Maintain a high conversion rate
  • Incorporate an informative and advisory approach into the sales pitch to build trust with future customers (topics include the energy transition and good consumption practices)

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in telephone sales
  • You are proficient with common IT tools (Google Workspace/G Suite and, ideally, Notion and Slack)
  • You are motivated by challenges and have a commercial mindset
  • You are resilient and do not get discouraged by refusals
  • You have strong listening, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • You manage stress and your emotions well
  • You are organized and detail‑oriented
  • Bonus: an interest in the energy sector and, more broadly, ecological transition topics
