About the role
- Sell energy contracts to prospects using qualified leads (primarily outbound calls)
- Retain customers who are considering leaving
- Maintain a high conversion rate
- Incorporate an informative and advisory approach into the sales pitch to build trust with future customers (topics include the energy transition and good consumption practices)
Requirements
- You have initial experience in telephone sales
- You are proficient with common IT tools (Google Workspace/G Suite and, ideally, Notion and Slack)
- You are motivated by challenges and have a commercial mindset
- You are resilient and do not get discouraged by refusals
- You have strong listening, negotiation and persuasion skills
- You manage stress and your emotions well
- You are organized and detail‑oriented
- Bonus: an interest in the energy sector and, more broadly, ecological transition topics
