About the role

  • Sell energy contracts to prospects based on qualified leads (primarily outbound calls)
  • Retain customers who are about to leave
  • Maintain a high conversion rate
  • Incorporate informative and advisory elements into the sales pitch to build trust with our future customers (energy transition issues, energy-saving best practices, etc.)

Requirements

  • You have prior experience in telephone sales
  • You are proficient with common IT tools (Google Workspace and ideally Notion and Slack)
  • You are motivated by challenges and have a commercial/sales mindset
  • You are resilient and do not get discouraged by refusals
  • You have strong listening and negotiation skills and are persuasive
  • You manage stress and your emotions well
  • You are organized and detail-oriented
  • Bonus: you have an interest in the energy sector and, more broadly, the topics of the ecological transition
