About the role
- Sell energy contracts to prospects based on qualified leads (primarily outbound calls)
- Retain customers who are about to leave
- Maintain a high conversion rate
- Incorporate informative and advisory elements into the sales pitch to build trust with our future customers (energy transition issues, energy-saving best practices, etc.)
Requirements
- You have prior experience in telephone sales
- You are proficient with common IT tools (Google Workspace and ideally Notion and Slack)
- You are motivated by challenges and have a commercial/sales mindset
- You are resilient and do not get discouraged by refusals
- You have strong listening and negotiation skills and are persuasive
- You manage stress and your emotions well
- You are organized and detail-oriented
- Bonus: you have an interest in the energy sector and, more broadly, the topics of the ecological transition
