About the role
- Maintain accurate candidate records and statuses.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Recruiters, and HRIS to obtain job descriptions and salary details.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate assessments, background checks, and offer letters.
- Process recruitment invoices, candidate travel expenses, and vendor payments.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze metrics like time-to-fill to optimize workflows.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Advanced skills in ATS (UKG preferred) and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving and a data-driven approach.
