About the role

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and statuses.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Recruiters, and HRIS to obtain job descriptions and salary details.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate assessments, background checks, and offer letters.
  • Process recruitment invoices, candidate travel expenses, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analyze metrics like time-to-fill to optimize workflows.
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.
  • Advanced skills in ATS (UKG preferred) and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving and a data-driven approach.
