About the role
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
- Provide consultative guidance
- Manage relationships throughout the recruiting process
- Develop and execute strategic, innovative recruiting and sourcing plans
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates
- Conduct interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Effectively negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates
- Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and talent availability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Strong focus on Payor / Provider, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Value-Based Care (VBC), or Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT), HealthTech, MedTech
- Experience in acute and/or ambulatory settings
- Demonstrated ability to engage executive and leadership-level talent
- Expertise in proactive sourcing, data mining, and candidate generation
- Strong background in managing hiring manager relationships and delivering consultative recruitment support
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency or search firm is highly desirable.
