About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Increase market share and strengthen business relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop strategies based on customer needs to drive company growth.
  • Identify sales leads, manage prospects and close new business.
  • Assess clients' needs and propose appropriate solutions that will help meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of market behavior and competitive trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to primarily engage end users and to implement inbound/attraction selling techniques.
  • Documented track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in roofing is an asset.
  • Professional sales training is an asset.
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
