About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Engineering positions across internal and external client projects.
- - Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Managers and Business Leaders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
- - Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality delivery and excellent candidate experience.
- - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques, market mapping and networking.
- - Recruit across a broad range of technologies including Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Cyber Security and ERP.
- - Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search and other sourcing channels to identify top talent.
- - Monitor recruitment KPIs and leverage data to improve hiring performance and recruitment effectiveness.
- - Present recruitment insights and market trends to internal stakeholders.
- - Support employer branding initiatives and continuously propose innovative recruitment strategies and sourcing approaches.
- - Ensure recruitment processes are executed with consistency, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- - 5+ years of proven experience in Tech Recruitment.
- - Previous experience in an IT Recruitment Agency, IT Consulting, Outsourcing or RPO environment will be considered a strong asset.
- - Demonstrated experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Data, AI and Cyber Security roles.
- - Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search and alternative sourcing methodologies.
- - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- - Strong understanding of the Greek technology market; international recruitment experience will be considered a plus.
- - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- - Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, hiring managers and deadlines simultaneously.
- - Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- - Fluency in both Greek and English.
- **Nice to Have:**
- - Experience in IT Consulting or System Integration companies.
- - Experience supporting Outsourced Recruitment, Staff Augmentation or Managed Services projects.
- - Experience with Employer Branding initiatives.
- - Familiarity with Diversity & Inclusion hiring practices.
