About the role

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS
  • Design and implement data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics
  • Build, enhance, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather BI requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience as a BI Developer, Data Engineer, or similar role
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL processes
  • Solid understanding of data modeling methodologies and data warehousing practices
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting
  • Strong programming skills in SQL; knowledge of Python or R a plus
  • Experience developing robust, well-structured data models to support analytics
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Data Factory, Databricks, Spark
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data platforms
