About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and drive infrastructure and security-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, proper prioritization, and alignment with business needs.
- Oversee Microsoft technology environments, including Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, and related collaboration and identity services.
- Support the planning, implementation, and improvement of cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Coordinate infrastructure activities related to VMware, servers, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery environments.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security posture, escalating and coordinating resolution of issues when needed.
- Participate in the design and rollout of security controls, access management processes and endpoint/security tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 of experience in Systems / Infrastructure / IT Operations roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server administration
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Solid experience in VMware virtualization (vSphere, clusters, HA, storage concepts)
- Experience operating endpoint protection/security tooling (Microsoft Defender technologies or equivalent)
- Good understanding of security fundamentals
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and structured incident/problem/change handling
