About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, business owners, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
- Prospect for new business through cold calling, drop-in visits, networking, and community involvement.
- Develop new commercial accounts while growing existing relationships.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current clients.
- Represent Paul Davis at networking events, trade associations, chamber events, and community functions.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow commercial restoration sales within your assigned territory.
- Stay visible in the market by making consistent customer visits and follow-up contacts.
- Educate clients on Paul Davis services and how we can help them prepare for and recover from property losses.
- Collaborate with our Operations and Estimating teams to ensure a smooth transition once a project is awarded.
- Maintain accurate activity and account information within our CRM.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while helping grow the Paul Davis brand throughout the community.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two or more years of outside sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based sales experience.
- Commercial sales experience is preferred.
- Restoration, construction, property management, facilities management, or insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop new business and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
