Commercial Operations Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and assist offices with working on commercial jobs and communicating with customers and insurance carriers.
- Establish relationships with customers and adjusters from initial call to final invoicing.
- Provide assistance with cost estimating on the job.
- Manage the progress of jobs through the job management system.
- Review estimates submitted by offices to confirm accuracy based on scope and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in business, construction, construction management, insurance, or a relevant degree and/or experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant property insurance or restoration industry experience.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Adjuster License or experience.
- Strong property damage estimating skills and experience.
- Advanced operating knowledge of Xactimate.
- Proficiency in managing a project or claim load.
