About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and assist offices with working on commercial jobs and communicating with customers and insurance carriers.
Establish relationships with customers and adjusters from initial call to final invoicing.
Provide assistance with cost estimating on the job.
Manage the progress of jobs through the job management system.
Review estimates submitted by offices to confirm accuracy based on scope and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in business, construction, construction management, insurance, or a relevant degree and/or experience.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant property insurance or restoration industry experience.
Property & Casualty (P&C) Adjuster License or experience.
Strong property damage estimating skills and experience.
Advanced operating knowledge of Xactimate.
Proficiency in managing a project or claim load.
