Key responsibilities & impact

Create project plans for reconstruction projects with financials for costs and profit margins
Recruit sub-contractors and ensure they have all required paperwork and insurance in compliance with laws
Work with sub-contractors on reconstruction projects
Celebrate completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople, homeowners, and your Paul Davis team members
Manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively.
Spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior construction project management experience required.
Ability to use Excel and systems to build financial model for project
Ability to lead and develop sub-contractors and ensure they perform quality work
Sound planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
