About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of estimators in performance management
Support claim management escalations, performance accountability, and general oversight
Communicate effectively with direct reports, supervisors, franchisees, insurance carrier partners, and all stakeholders
Provide trend analysis of internal performance to the supervisor
Collaborate with other departments to create standard operating procedures and program guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
3 plus years of experience with estimation principles, concepts, and experience in the property restoration/insurance industry
3 plus years of experience with personnel management or coaching
Subject matter expert-level knowledge and performance excellence within the insurance industry
Ability to lead and manage a team
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to independently problem solve, resolve conflicts, and manage priorities
