💰 $72,500 - $80,500 per year
About the role
- Lead a team of estimators in performance management
- Support claim management escalations, performance accountability, and general oversight
- Communicate effectively with direct reports, supervisors, franchisees, insurance carrier partners, and all stakeholders
- Provide trend analysis of internal performance to the supervisor
- Collaborate with other departments to create standard operating procedures and program guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
- 3 plus years of experience with estimation principles, concepts, and experience in the property restoration/insurance industry
- 3 plus years of experience with personnel management or coaching
- Subject matter expert-level knowledge and performance excellence within the insurance industry
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to independently problem solve, resolve conflicts, and manage priorities
