About the role
- Manage residential and commercial mitigation jobs from start to finish
- Oversee multiple fast-moving projects at once
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, schedulers, and customers
- Explain scopes, timelines, and industry procedures clearly and professionally
- Conduct site visits and quality checks
- Maintain documentation such as drying logs and job records
- Ensure work meets safety, regulatory, and industry standards
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Control budgets and drive efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts quickly
- Deliver a calm, confident experience for customers during stressful situations
Requirements
- Construction, field operations, or project leadership experience
- Strong customer-service instincts
- Comfort juggling multiple jobs at once
- The ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and learning new systems)
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to rotate on-call shifts and work overtime when needed
