About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the CEO for EMEAA and key members of the Leadership Team
  • Provide strategic communications counsel
  • Develop compelling narratives and support communication priorities across the region
  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated communications programmes
  • Shape clear, consistent messaging for colleagues, hotels and owners
  • Own and evolve EMEAA's internal communications channels and platforms
  • Manage central tools and resources that support Corporate Affairs across the region
  • Act as a key connector across the organisation
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of communications activity through data, insights and stakeholder feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant communications experience, spanning internal and external communications
  • Strong background in internal communications
  • Experience operating within a complex, matrix organisation
  • Ideally with hospitality, travel or a B2B background
  • Strong judgement and the ability to build credibility quickly
  • Experience developing, managing and delivering integrated communications strategies and multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing individuals
  • Managing external agency partners to deliver high-quality results
  • A natural collaborator thriving in a fast-paced global environment
