About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the CEO for EMEAA and key members of the Leadership Team
- Provide strategic communications counsel
- Develop compelling narratives and support communication priorities across the region
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated communications programmes
- Shape clear, consistent messaging for colleagues, hotels and owners
- Own and evolve EMEAA's internal communications channels and platforms
- Manage central tools and resources that support Corporate Affairs across the region
- Act as a key connector across the organisation
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communications activity through data, insights and stakeholder feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant communications experience, spanning internal and external communications
- Strong background in internal communications
- Experience operating within a complex, matrix organisation
- Ideally with hospitality, travel or a B2B background
- Strong judgement and the ability to build credibility quickly
- Experience developing, managing and delivering integrated communications strategies and multi-channel campaigns
- Experience leading, coaching and developing individuals
- Managing external agency partners to deliver high-quality results
- A natural collaborator thriving in a fast-paced global environment
