About the role
- Collaborate cross-functionally on a variety of privacy tasks, projects and initiatives
- Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs) and other key inventories
- Guide business process owners through ROPA assessments
- Work with Privacy Legal to resolve identified risks
- Monitor progress of privacy assessments and provide operational support
- Track and manage actions following Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
- Coordinate the Regulatory Development process, including meetings and action tracking
- Monitor compliance with internal privacy policies
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting on privacy metrics
- Conduct privacy related research and contribute to short-term operational projects related research and contribute to short-term operational projects
- Prepare weekly, monthly and workstream specific operational reports
- Support upkeep of the OneTrust platform to ensure data accuracy
- Contribute to ongoing privacy operations projects
Requirements
- Experience working in Privacy Operations (experience with OneTrust would be great!)
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build trusted relationships
- A proactive and solutions focused approach focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple workstreams
- Curiosity, accountability, and a genuine interest in privacy operations
