About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own day-to-day performance of 3PL partners across the assigned region
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence for inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and returns
Hold 3PL partners accountable through regular performance reviews and metrics tracking
Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues
Monitor inventory and order processing across iHerb and 3PL partner systems
Coordinate with Inventory Planning, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams
Lead labor and space planning with 3PLs for promotions and peak periods
Conduct site audits covering safety, process adherence, and inventory controls
Liaise with regulatory bodies as needed for regional operations
Identify and implement process improvements across systems and operations
Oversee operations in South Dubai and a facility outside Riyadh, traveling between sites as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication skills in English; Arabic in MENA
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with strong operational execution and follow-through
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability
Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Minimum of seven years of supervisory experience within a multi-shift distribution center
E-commerce and 3PL management experience highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related discipline, or equivalent additional experience required
Ability to work extended hours as required
Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, and occasionally lifting or moving materials up to 25 pounds
Proper lifting techniques required
