Key responsibilities & impact

Fully responsible for large scale Supply Chain projects
Opening and closing fulfillment centers
Driving Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement at iHerb
Management of Labor Management within iHerb facilities
Establishing a culture of process improvement in distribution centers
Developing and implementing regional and national projects and strategies
Working with Operations teams to improve efficiency and maintain labor standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering; Master's degree a plus
Generally requires a minimum of twelve (12) plus years of experience as an engineer in retail and/or e-commerce distribution
Lean/Six Sigma certification desired
Proven results in opening and closing fulfillment centers
Demonstrated experience in working closely with automation vendors
Familiarity with 3PL landscape
Experience with work measurement & performance management programs
Knowledge of conveyor design and optimization
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Excel and Access
Expertise in maintaining & troubleshooting conveyor systems and experience with WMS integration
