About the role

  • Owns and drives all aspects of agency partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination internally and externally for assigned partners.
  • Collaborates with UP Campaign Strategy and UP Media Strategy teams to deliver compelling, world-class presentations for new opportunities and ongoing engagements.
  • Leads and oversees the entire sales and fulfillment lifecycle for every campaign, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Partners effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver every element of client campaigns on time and to the highest standard.
  • Maintains deep expertise in all owned and partner assets, leveraging this knowledge to maximize campaign impact.
  • Proactively identifies and cultivates new agency relationships, focusing on small to mid-sized agencies and building a robust pipeline of potential partners.
  • Continuously monitors emerging marketing trends to enhance campaign proposals and drive greater effectiveness.

Requirements

  • In-Depth knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Programmatic and Digital Audio
  • Ability to apply expertise in a complex sales environment to service large accounts and/or complicated business segments
  • Confidence to prospect and quickly build rapport with customers, adapting messaging and style based on customer needs
  • Ease working with senior level executives and using influencing skills to negotiations and drive sales
  • Desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs to expand relationships and trust
  • Confidence to solve complex problems using analysis, judgement and multiple sources of information
  • Accountability for your own work and a desire to provide guidance to new team members
  • Business development experience with new and existing customers
  • Some travel is required in the Region, including overnight when needed
  • Candidate must drive their own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and state-mandated auto insurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including copilot, and social networking platforms
  • 5+ years working for or working with advertising agencies is required
  • 5+ years leading sales strategy around Digital Audio
