Human Resources Coordinator – People Analytics

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Approve, in accordance with the budgeted business plan, personnel movements (job openings, salary adjustments, promotions, and changes to variable compensation) to ensure the budget is met.
- Develop managerial and executive indicator models for internal people management presentations as well as for the People Committee and management meetings. Receive from each manager, for each employee, the breakdown of team and individual targets to calculate variable compensation attainment (ICP - Short-Term Incentive), ensuring correct entry in the MEREO system and validation of calculations.
- Monitor monthly variances in administrative and personnel expenses for each operation, as well as overtime, on-call hours, and hours bank (compensatory time), requesting justifications from operations for such deviations and requesting action plans to address identified issues. Coordinate the department, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and personnel resources.
- Perform people-related data analysis.
- Cross business data with people metrics to generate strategic insights.
- Support leadership with analyses that guide organizational decisions.
- Contribute to the development of HR and operations executive dashboards and reports.
- Participate in initiatives that strengthen a data-driven culture.
- Comply with internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and others, pursuing continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Preferred: Experience with HR routines.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in people management.
